- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 350 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, cubed
- 2½ cups water
- 1 pack S&B curry sauce roux
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Put oil on medium high heat and fry onions until it turns translucent. Add carrots and fry for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms andcook until all the moisture that comes out from the mushrooms has boiled away. This will take about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add water and curry block. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Taste and season accordingly. Serve with white rice and panko-baked mushrooms.
